The International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. (also known as IPDCI) empowers the campaign of peace awareness in all levels through multilateral modalities for inclusive and sustainable peace development. As an organization enshrined to the principles of the United Nations, IPDCI brings together stakeholders from government, business, civil society, and international community inspiring engagements and highlighting actions of global relevance as a non-stock, non-profit and non-government organization.

Building on a lifetime service for the peoples, IPDCI aspires the proliferation of international peace diplomacy by safeguarding global interests among diverse stakeholders, towards a progressive shared frameworks which resonates universal relevance.
PEOPLES’ ENGAGEMENT PEACE DIPLOMACY PARTICIPATION 
The Peace Diplomacy Participation brings peoples for assemblies and initiatives purview to the peace maintenance. IPDCI assemblies for peace dialogues: (1) Peace Diplomacy Convention; and (2) Peace Leaders’ Congress. IPDCI key initiatives: (1) Youth Forum {IPDCI Youth Forum}, for the youth sector; (2) United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Awards {UN SDGs Awards}, for private and public individuals and organizations; and (3) Peace Diplomacy Awards, for elected officials of the Philippines.

PEOPLES’ ENGAGEMENT PEACE DIPLOMACY CULTURE
The Peace Diplomacy Culture promulgates the awareness on issues that impacts human welfare and security. IPDCI commemoration of the United Nations’ Observances to (1) International Peace Day; (2) United Nations’ Day and, (3) International Youth Day.

PEOPLES’ ENGAGEMENT PEACE DIPLOMACY ADMINISTRATION AND POLICY 
The Peace Diplomacy Administration and Policy engages the action to strategic insights provisionary to trainings, academic think-tanks, and policy solutions. IPDCI programs are (1) Peace Diplomacy House, professional training program; and (2) Peace Public Policy House, the policy hub.

The International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. nurtures a shared stakeholders’ workstream with multilateralism consultative leadership towards the representation of diverse unspoken voices and unarticulated perspectives. As an advocacy platform, IPDCI sets the standards so inclusive and sustainable peace development continuously achieve its principles.
 

BACKGROUND

The International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. is based in the Philippines. The mission and work of the International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. are guided by its preamble in its founding Charter.


This International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. is founded on the merits of impacting some of the peace purposes and principles of the United Nations, specifically the post Millennium Development Goals.


The IPDCI also provides a forum for its General Members namely: The Board of Trustees; The Honorary Board of Trustees, The Executive Board; including the Peace Volunteers and Peace Collaborators to express their views, action plans, and initiatives towards the promulgation of its Peace Pillars facilitated by the Security Council, Secretariat Council, World Affairs Council, and Protocol Council.


The current IPDCI's Chief of Administrative Officer is the Chairman.

 

PROGRAMS

The programs of the International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. are international platforms for emerging ideas in mobilizing ground breaking discoveries so greater opportunities for all.


The programs showcases closer understanding and knowledge dissemination based on the good works of the United Nations and its member states in raising awareness to various international issues that resonates interests among global citizens.


The programs are cognizant on the broader vision of the United Nations in its peace promotions among various levels and stakeholders through collaborative and shared decision concepts and emerging ideas that uplifts international development and fraternity.


The programs reinforce human fraternity where stakeholders’ avails greater collaboration through diverse cooperation among various fields and levels in consolidating multi-sectoral synergy.

 

Peace Diplomacy House

The Peace Diplomacy House [PDH] (1) is the education and formation arm of the International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc., provides the international standard to individuals who wishes to avail theoretical and pragmatic approaches with a diverse range of peace diplomacy educational formations; (2) relies on the expertise of facilitators who demonstrates advanced experience in the practice or profession of peace diplomacy in the international arena; (3) is designed for individuals who are passionate to international affairs, designed for practitioners in governments, international organizations, non-profit organizations, civil society organizations, and the private sector; (4) is established in the great memory of the leadership of the United Nations’ 8th Secretary General H.E. Ban Ki-Moon, an outstanding statesman, led the passage of the UN Sustainable Development Goals in 2015.


PDH devotes on the promotion of the formation of international relations employing peace diplomacy. Depending on the audience, PDH offers a diverse range of mechanisms that advocates contentious diplomatic skills and abilities. Drawing the founding history of the United Nations, Peace Diplomacy House offers: (1) professional programs; (2) facilitation by diplomats and foreign affairs experts; (3) continuing education experience; and, (4) conducive training sites.

Peace Public Policy House

The Peace Public Policy House [PPPH] is the policy hub of the International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. PPPH aspires on the proliferation of sustainable and inclusive knowledge dissemination based on data-based management for public resources through policy research; scholarly papers; and, including other allied publications that nurtures and impacts peace development.


The issue of the Peace Public Policy House is to connect the gaps between various stakeholders towards the upliftment of human inclusion and sustainable peace development across its various thematic areas. [(1) Foreign Trade and Investment; (2) International Security; (3) Human Development; (4) Participatory Governance and Capacity Building; (5) Peace Education and Cultural Appreciation; (6) United Nations Sustainable Development Goals]. As an international hub of knowledge management, IPDCI-PPPH substantiates the connecting ideas from incubation to innovation in bringing participatory development among various stakeholders for the mutual benefits of the parties involved.


The Peace Public Policy House reinforces human fraternity where stakeholders’ avails greater collaboration through diverse cooperation among various fields including status levels in consolidating multi-sectoral synergy. The Peace Public Policy House hopes to flourish in the years to come as an international platform for contentious issues in mobilizing ground-breaking global concerns so greater opportunities for everyone.


OBSERVANCES

The observances of the International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. are anchored to the observances of the United Nations Organization in promoting the campaign for inclusive and sustainable peace development.


The International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. adopted the designated international day namely: International Youth Day (August 12); International Peace Day (September 21); and the United Nations Day (October 24) of the United Nations in proliferating international awareness on these contentious issues.


The International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. may celebrate each UN Observance not necessarily on its actual day as it also coincides with other programs, assemblies, and or initiatives of the organization.

 

International Peace Day

The International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. empowers the campaign of peace awareness in all levels through multilateral modalities for inclusive and sustainable peace development through its adoption of the United Nations Observance to the International Peace Day in the promulgation of issues that impacts human welfare and security.


The International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. shall observe September 21 as the International Peace Day through the United Nations General Assembly (A/RES/58/220).

United Nations' Day

The International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. empowers the campaign of peace awareness in all levels through multilateral modalities for inclusive and sustainable peace development through its adoption of the United Nations Observance to the United Nations’ Day in the promulgation of issues that impacts human welfare and security.


The International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. shall observe October 24 as the United Nations’ Day through the United Nations General Assembly (A/ RES/ 168 (II) (A/ RES/ 2782 (XXVI).

International Youth Day

The International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. empowers the campaign of peace awareness in all levels through multilateral modalities for inclusive and sustainable peace development through its adoption of the United Nations Observance to the International Youth Day in the promulgation of issues that impacts human welfare and security.


The International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. shall observe August 12 as the International Youth Day through the United Nations General Assembly (Resolution 54/120).

INITIATIVES

The initiatives of the International Peace Diplomacy Corps represent the outstanding contributions of the various specialized sectors independently for greater causes.


The initiatives empower the IPDCI advocacy campaign through the outstanding involvements offered for the larger communities. It envisions to promote active dialogues, participatory development, and cooperation among the delegates based on the foundations of peace, security and prosperity.


The initiatives honor the localization of the UN SDGs through various pathways.


 

Peace Diplomacy Awards

The Peace Diplomacy Awards is commissioned by the International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. to spread the promotions of inclusive and sustainable peace development across the Philippines regardless of political affiliations and parties over the recent times.


The Peace Diplomacy Awards, Philippines’ premier affirmation and highest honor to the victorious celebration of elected public officials, those from the government units of the Republic of the Philippines.


The Peace Diplomacy Awards celebrates the excellent public administration and governance through the spirit of democratic ideals to human development.


Inspired from the will of Alfred Bernhard Nobel, a Swedish industrialist, inventor and armaments manufacturer, the Peace Diplomacy Awards promotes diverse fight for freedom within the expressions of (1) law and order; (2) good governance; (3) culture; (4) economy within the places of the Republic of the Philippines.


The Peace Diplomacy Awards honors the men and women who have demonstrated worthy contributions to the development of the Philippines anchored to international fraternity and solidarity for the cause of humanity.

Youth Forum

The International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. (IPDCI) Youth Forum is a key platform where youth leaders can contribute to the greater aspirations of the organization as through their active and shared ideas. As a global level outside the United Nations, the IPDCI Youth Forum allows youth representatives, youth advocates including youth stakeholders across the international society to initiate dialogues and provide mechanisms based on the issues which are of global importance in recent times. Empowering the future roles of the youth, the IPDCIwhole  Youth Forum offers a unique opportunity for delegates to voice their opinions and share ideas to redefine collective actions.

The IPDCI Youth Forum serves as an extraordinary space for young leaders across the global society to share their vision and elaborate their substantive contributions imperative to the future works of the International Peace Diplomacy Corps in bringing the aspirations of the United Nations closer and more accessible for everyone.


The IPDCI Youth Forum envisions an active global synergy that involves policy frameworks, promote innovation, define mechanisms for the advancement of youth development towards the enhancement of resilience and inclusive sustainable development for everyone.

The Peace SDGs Awards (also known as Peace Sustainable Development Goals Awards) is commissioned by the International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. to spread the promotions of inclusive and sustainable peace development across the world echoing some of the key themes of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.


The Peace SDGs Awards captures individuals and organizations who adopts sustainability and incredible development accelerating best practices.
