PEACE PUBLIC POLICY HOUSE
The Peace Public Policy House is a program of the International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc.
OVERVIEW
The Peace Public Policy House [PPPH] is the policy hub of the International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. PPPH aspires on the proliferation of sustainable and inclusive knowledge dissemination based on data-based management for public resources through policy research; scholarly papers; and, including other allied publications that nurtures and impacts peace development.
The issue of the Peace Public Policy House is to connect the gaps between various stakeholders towards the upliftment of human inclusion and sustainable peace development across its various thematic areas. [(1) Foreign Trade and Investment; (2) International Security; (3) Human Development; (4) Participatory Governance and Capacity Building; (5) Peace Education and Cultural Appreciation; (6) United Nations Sustainable Development Goals]. As an international hub of knowledge management, IPDCI-PPPH substantiates the connecting ideas from incubation to innovation in bringing participatory development among various stakeholders for the mutual benefits of the parties involved.

The Peace Public Policy House reinforces human fraternity where stakeholders’ avails greater collaboration through diverse cooperation among various fields including status levels in consolidating multi-sectoral synergy. The Peace Public Policy House hopes to flourish in the years to come as an international platform for contentious issues in mobilizing ground-breaking global concerns so greater opportunities for everyone.


OBJECTIVES

In line with the advocacy of the International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. of promoting peace imperative to the principles and purposes of the Charter of the United Nations, the Peace Public Policy House [PPPH], an initiative subsumed to IPDCI, aspires to proliferate mechanisms and modalities that are sustainable and inclusive to the global community. Initiates to achieve the following aspirations:


  1. initiate leadership in peace public policy in the context of qualitative and quantitative sources;

  1. collaborate shared principles with public and private organizations in achieving commendable solutions; and,

  1. showcase contested concepts anchored on the international solidarity, cooperation and security measures.

AREAS

1. Foreign Trade and Investment

Foreign Trade and Investment strengthen global affairs and inter-governmental relations. The reciprocity of capital, goods, and services across boundaries excites the economic enhancement of all the players. Other economic concerns such as economy, government policies, diplomatic relations, currency, market profile and the other allied factors influence foreign trade and investment.
  2. International Security
International Security entails the protection of one’s sovereignty, the implementation of its domestic laws, and the capacity to govern on its own; including the protection from harmful activities from those such as the extremists or minority groups who upscales and threatens security whether its local, within a region, or even in the global context within the bounce of military affairs and its other modes of technologies that destroys human lives and societies.
  3. Human Development
Human Development underscores the relationships of economics and standards of living. Broadly, the process of strengthening the human welfare for their wholistic improvement; the freedom to make decisions for themselves; and, availing and accessing resources readily available.
  4. Participatory Governance and Capacity Building
Participatory Governance integrates the involvement of various stakeholders towards the decision-making process. Capacity Building strengthens the skills, competencies and abilities of various stakeholders so the can achieve their priorities. These factors are important action plans so enhanced development response can be executed for the greater advantage of all.
  5. Peace Education and Cultural Appreciation
Peace education comes with cultural appreciation through the awareness of uniqueness. Peace Education and Cultural Appreciation showcases fundamental foundations of fostering a culture of peace.
  6. United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) focuses on the eradication of poverty, preservation of the environment and biodiversity, achieving peace and enabling progress for all as components to human progress.

The PEACE DISCUSSIONS of the Peace Public Policy House in the International Peace Diplomacy Corps demonstrates the engagement of issues reflective on the IPDCI-PPPH thematic areas. The Peace Discussion is between the IPDCI-PPPH and another private or government organization.

PEACE TALKS
The PEACE TALKS of the Peace Public Policy House in the International Peace Diplomacy Corps facilitates the group talks based on the thematic areas cognizant to the IPDCI-PPPH. The Peace Talk represents the academic mentors and think tankers, scholarly researchers, and other entities of the education sector, and or, with or without, or combination of those from the Civil Society Organizations, Non-Government Organizations, Convened Associations or Groups with the IPDCI-PPH.

PEACE VOICES
The PEACE VOICES of International Peace Diplomacy Corps, Inc. Peace Public Policy House provides venue for youth leaders and students for them to be heard in a platform that affects themselves. The Peace Voice showcases the youth leaders and students from diverse backgrounds in affecting concerns based on the thematic areas of the IPDCI-PPPH.
